Q. Are the units noisy?
A. Again, this differs on each model. Small domestic Daikin wallmounted
units are almost silent and even have a night time mode which further
reduces noise levels.
Q. Do the units heat as well cool?
A. Most types of units come with the option of heating & cooling or cooling only. In
addition, all units have dry(dehumidify) and fan only modes. Heating models
also have a automatic mode which automatically switches between cooling and
heating mode depending on the users temperature set point.
Q. How much does it cost to run?
A. This depends on the efficiency and capacity of the unit. Each unit has an
energy efficiency rating(EER), which is a rating of how efficient the unit is.
The more efficient the unit is, the less it costs to run. A is the best rating,
G is the worse. Systems with an better EER rating tend to have a higher purchase price.

Q. Do the units come supplied with a remote controller?
A. Every unit comes supplied with a remote controller. Most are infa-red
wireless controllers with an LCD screen. Most larger models have an option of
infa-red or wired remote controllers.
Q. Where can the unit be installed?
A. The choice of the model will be determined by the possibilities to place the unit.
Is there a false ceiling? Is there free space on the wall, etc? The location
of the unit is of great importance. Each unit has its own air distribution pattern.
A wrong location may lead to draught and sound.
Q. Do the units come with a guarantee?
A. All of our installation come with a guarantee of at least two years.
